Affiliate Program Terms of Service

As an M2Hub affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote M2Hub services ethically and professionally
• Accurately represent M2Hub's products and services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in spam, false advertising, or deceptive marketing practices
• Not use trademarked terms in domain names or paid search campaigns without prior written consent
• Not engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other fraudulent activities
• Maintain professional communication with referred clients
• Keep your account information and credentials confidential

Affiliates earn commissions based on successful referrals who complete qualifying actions. Commission rates and qualifying actions will be specified in your affiliate dashboard and may vary based on:

• Type of service or product purchased
• Tier level of your affiliate account
• Special promotional periods
• Volume of successful referrals

Commissions are calculated after any refund periods have expired and are subject to verification. M2Hub reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed on a monthly basis according to the following terms:

• Minimum payout threshold must be met to receive payment
• Payments are processed within 30 days after the end of each month
• Affiliates must provide valid payment information
• Any disputed commissions will be held pending investigation
• Chargebacks or refunds may result in commission clawbacks

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with their earnings. M2Hub does not provide tax advice and affiliates should consult with tax professionals regarding their obligations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to generate commissions
• Misleading or false advertising about M2Hub services
• Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
• Using M2Hub trademarks without authorization
• Bidding on M2Hub branded keywords in paid search
• Promoting M2Hub on adult, illegal, or offensive websites
• Cookie stuffing or iframe manipulation
• Incentivized clicks or fraudulent traffic generation

M2Hub grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use M2Hub marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting M2Hub services. This license terminates upon termination of your affiliate account.

All M2Hub trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of M2Hub. Affiliates may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from M2Hub materials without express written permission.

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with or without cause:

• M2Hub may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 6+ months) may be automatically terminated
• Upon termination, unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out
• Commissions below the minimum threshold may be forfeited
• Affiliates must cease all promotional activities immediately upon termination

Affiliates may have access to confidential information including but not limited to commission rates, marketing strategies, and customer data. Affiliates agree to:

• Keep all confidential information strictly confidential
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties
• Not use confidential information for any purpose other than promoting M2Hub
• Return or destroy confidential materials upon termination

THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. M2HUB MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING EARNINGS, TRAFFIC, OR CONVERSION RATES. AFFILIATES PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM AT THEIR OWN RISK.

M2Hub's liability to affiliates is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions owed. M2Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate relationship.

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless M2Hub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the affiliate's breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or negligent or wrongful conduct.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules.

M2Hub is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information as an affiliate.

Information We Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, telegram ID, twitter ID)
• Payment and financial information for commission processing
• Performance data (clicks, conversions, referrals)
• Communication records with M2Hub support
• IP addresses and device information for security purposes

How We Use Your Information

• To process and manage your affiliate account
• To calculate and distribute commission payments
• To communicate important program updates and opportunities
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To improve our affiliate program and services
• To comply with legal obligations

Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your affiliate account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your Rights

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Export your data in a portable format

As a M2Hub affiliate, you represent our brand and values. We expect all affiliates to adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct.

Professional Standards

• Maintain honesty and integrity in all promotional activities
• Provide accurate information about M2Hub services
• Respond promptly to referred clients and provide excellent service
• Respect the confidentiality of M2Hub business information
• Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations

Ethical Marketing

• Never make false or exaggerated claims about M2Hub
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when required by law
• Do not use misleading tactics to generate clicks or conversions
• Respect user privacy and data protection regulations
• Avoid spam, harassment, or aggressive marketing tactics
• Do not impersonate M2Hub or claim to be an official representative

Compliance Requirements

• Follow FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures
• Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
• Adhere to CAN-SPAM Act for email marketing
• Respect intellectual property and copyright laws
• Follow platform-specific advertising policies (Google, Facebook, etc.)

Prohibited Content

Affiliates must not promote M2Hub on or in association with:

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Illegal activities or services
• Hate speech, discrimination, or violence
• Misleading or deceptive websites
• Content that violates third-party rights
• Malware, phishing, or security threats

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

• Warning and required corrective action
• Suspension of affiliate account
• Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
• Permanent termination from the program
• Legal action for serious violations
